The FIFTH GEAR Live Action Arena

In 2011 the UK’s largest tri-oval indoor racetrack and undoubtedly one of the highlights joined forces with the hit TV series FIFTH GEAR and changed its name to The FIFTH GEAR Live Action Arena. The show featured live presentations and performances from Tiff Needell and Jason Plato.
Situated within the largest hall of the NEC, our track with a 4700-seat grandstand allows you to see an array of motor racing action plus record-breaking stunts and celebrity appearances.
From single seaters, historic saloons and rally and drift cars to the very latest GT coupes and full on oval races, the show will have you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.
A firm favourite of all the family, the 2011 programme included:
• Drifting
• BriSCA F1 Stockcars
• Autograss and Pickup truck racing
• British & Eurpean Rallycross
• Appearances and Performance from Terry Grant
• Appearances from finalists for the McLaren Autosport BRDC Young Driver of the Year Award.
• JRM British Championship winning Group N Mitsubishi EVOX
• FIA GTI World Chanmpionship Nissan GT-R
