The Karting Area

Often seen as the starting point of motorsport, karting is an important element at Autosport International. The Karting Area not only allows public visitors to learn more about how to start in motorsport, but also provides the karting community with a large, national platform to conduct business.
Many of today’s top racing drivers started their careers in karting and we have a specific show area dedicated to the sport. Visitors found everything they needed to get started or progress in the sport, from buying a new kart and overalls to joining clubs and training.
Major manufacturers and associations were on hand to offer advice and information on all aspects of karting, whether visitors were racing veterans or a complete beginner interested in arrive-and-drive championships, one-off events or a national series.
Located in Hall 4 the Karting Track hosted a number of races, arrive-and-drive sessions and manufacturer demonstrations over the four days of the Show, giving visitors the chance to see for themselves how much fun kart racing can be.
